How do we process your personal data?
We collect, store and process the minimum amount of information we need in order to undergo the recruitment process. Personal data processed by SmartUp is limited to information that can be used to identify you personally (name, address, e-mail, phone number, CV), to communicate with you, to comply with human resource requirements, for recruitment and the necessary information on your qualifications /eligibility and/or professional training. Data processed and collected at this point and from this point on may be processed both manually and with the help of computer software. We are storing this data in our Applicant Tracking System - Workable [which stores data in the U.S and is fully compliant with EU data protection laws], and we will not share it with anyone else.
We would like to keep this data until our open role is filled. We can not estimate the exact time period, but we will consider this period over when a candidate accepts our job offer for the position for which we are considering you. When that period is over, we will either delete your data or request your consent to keep it in our database for future roles.
