Business Development Director

We have had incredible success in Asia since launching 18 months ago, where we have delivered to some of Asia’s largest and well renowned employers and now want to drive similar growth outside of the US:
We are looking for a passionate business development director who will lead our new business sales pursuit, reporting into our Global Head of Sales based in London. You will be responsible for creating, closing and scaling our global new business sales, with a territory of everywhere except Asia. The primary focus being Europe, Middle East and the US.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following strengths and attributes, with the role requirements being as follows:
- Hungry to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing tech start-up environment
- 5+ years delivering and exceeding a SaaS tech sales target
- Ideally worked within the HR tech industry is preferable
- Produce new revenue by researching and analysing potential prospects and sales targets
- Meet sales revenue targets (annual target)
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations
